Darcy Sample v1.1.0 is now available for iPhone and iPad. This update further helps users manage and experiment with their colors through color editing, improved quick actions, and importing directly from within a palette.
Sample Premium is also no longer a subscription, instead switching to a one-time purchase of $4.99. Any previous subscription will receive lifetime Sample Premium access by tapping “Restore Purchases” in the Darcy Sample settings.

Changelog
- Quickly edit, duplicate, or delete a color with the new color card.
- You now can copy colors from your existing palettes, the clipboard, or import from supported files, directly from within a palette.
- Sample Premium is now a one-time, lifetime purchase. All previous subscription purchases, even those expired, will receive lifetime Sample Premium access by tapping “Restore Purchases” in the Darcy Sample settings.
- Palette creation and importing has been simplified: quickly create a palette with the new pop up, or easily import multiple palettes, from multiple supported files, with the new import view.
- Swipe to the right of a palette in the list view in order to quickly favorite, duplicate, or delete it.
Miscellaneous
- The character limits for palette and color names are now more clear with indicators in each text field.
- The “last modified” date beside palettes now uses timestamps or the date for better accuracy.
- Parts of the UI has been compacted to show more information in a single screen.
- On iPad the color card will now appear attached, instead of flipped, to make more efficient use of space.
- There are now palettes bundled on first launch for tips and color inspiration.
