Data we collect

App Data

By default Darcy Sample stores all user generated data locally on-device and in-app. Data is only moved off device when a user takes explicit action to do so, this includes but is not limited to:

• Enabling iCloud syncing: With Sample Premium a user can upload their data to iCloud, a service ran by Apple, Inc., to keep their data synced between devices running Darcy Sample. This data is stored by Apple, Inc. and cannot be read by Darcy Supply Ltd. iCloud syncing can always be disabled and all Darcy Sample data within iCloud can be deleted.
• Exporting color/palette data to other file formats: Within the app a user can export all or some of their data to a different file format to be used in other third-party software. This data is exported out of app and as such cannot be accessed by Darcy Supply Ltd.

Purchases

Darcy Sample is only available for download from the App Store, a digital store available on iOS/iPadOS devices ran by Apple, Inc. Upon download, purchase, or restore of Darcy Sample and/or Sample Premium, payment processing is handled by Apple, Inc. where Darcy Sample is given purchase history information of Darcy Sample and/or Sample Premium in order to determine the validity of a purchase. No personally identifiable information is available or used by Darcy Supply Ltd.

Additionally, Darcy Sample may request price and other relevant information related to Sample Premium from Apple, Inc. at any time.

Business Transfers

If Darcy Supply Ltd. or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Darcy Supply Ltd. goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.

Privacy Policy Changes

Darcy Supply Ltd. may change its Privacy Policy without warning at Darcy Supply Ltd.'s sole discretion. Your continued use of Darcy Sample after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
